For the purpose of valuation, we do not consider the market standard generic multiples that may miss the actual, significant factors that drive the pricing of a DI centre in your market. Each valuation is a custom project at MedSalesGTA, taking into consideration the current trends, prices of similar businesses or licences that have sold in the past, or are in the market currently, the specific modalities involved, T-fees and total revenues generated by the centre, EBITDAs, the equipment and the lease, competition, catchment area demographics, and the various geographic and socio-economic factors involved. Each modality has a market value that changes dynamically depending on the demand-supply chain, although the long-term trajectory is a robust north.
We will sit and discuss financial viability of your project with you and chalk out the various options to the path to success. Our projections are based on solid numbers, are logical, common sense and achievable, taking into consideration the various parameters at play. No doubt, they are readily accepted by the big five banks, and various financial institutions.
Ministry Work Specialists
Our MOH specialists will guide accurately and tackle the most difficult Transfer and Relocation applications in their stride. We charge a flat fee for relocation projects. However, this fee is refundable if you are purchasing the DI clinic or ICHSC licence through MedSalesGTA, and the application is successful. We will help identify optimal locations for relocation of sub-optimally performing clinics or dormant ICHSC licences, and the commercial realtors in our team will then help secure competitive leases or purchase agreements for prime real estate locations, in a professional manner, taking into consideration the required medical zoning and other city by-law requirements, and MOHLTC requirements.
An ICHSC/IHF licence transfer is subject to Ministry of Health approval after the terms of the sale are agreed upon between the two parties. A sale, share transfer, or change of control of the licensed entity requires a formal approval from the Director, MOHLTC.
