Definition: Carrier License is a ICHSC License with its own License number, that has no intrinsic value, because it belongs to an outdated modality, that is no longer used. For example: Ophthalmic License, Fluoroscopy, PFT, etc.
However, it can be used to attach to and sever modalities from multi-modality ICHSC Licenses. For example: To remove Nuclear modality from a multi-modality License and move it elsewhere to open a Nuclear-centric Cardiology setup.
